Yes, select the latest expiration dates.
Meat must expire at least 7 days after the date you are dropping off your sandwiches.

Sandwiches are ideally prepared on Wednesday, the same day you drop them off. If necessary, they can be made the night before, but no earlier than Tuesday evening for Wednesday drop off.

We ask that you bag each sandwich individually in a sandwich-size ziploc bag and then neatly stack them back inside that loaf bag and secure the bag with a twist tie.
Gently squeeze to remove excess air from both the ziploc bags and the loaf bag.
You’ll find that this makes for incredidbly convenient storage and transportation!

Twist ties. No bands or knots. Please be sure the twist ties are secure.

Hair must be tied back or covered with a hairnet while preparing sandwiches.
Hands must be washed with soap and water after your sandwich prep area is ready, just before you handle ingredients. Hand sanitizer is not sufficient.

DELI: Be sure to buy enough for at least 2 ounces of meat and 2 slices of cheese per sandwich.
PBJ: 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 teaspoons of jelly

Please use a cooler with plenty of ice packs to transport sandwiches to your host home for dropoff.
Make sure the loaves have spent enough time in your refrigerator to feel refrigerator cold to the touch before moving them to the cooler, usually at least 30 minutes.
10-15 minutes in the freezer can work if you’re in a hurry!
