UGA Initiative
Students at UGA in fall 2025 began a new chapter of the Sandwich Project as a student organization. This effort will help to alleviate food insecurity in Athens, GA, as well as at the University of Georgia itself. The student organization regularly hosts sandwich-making events and meetings for its members, while spreading awareness and empathy.
